Now a happy customer. Wasn't that way until Derek.
I want to praise the customer service rendered by "Derek" at the Eastgate store. After spending 28 totally useless and aggravating minutes with your India based service (?) center I hung up and drove to the Eastgate store. Derek resolved my problem in minutes. He was extremely helpful AND professional. I was ready to cancel my LAN line until Derek reviewed my account and found promotions that applied to me. I am still a Cincinnati Bell customer ONLY because of Derek.
PS - there was no return call to my contact number in case my call was dropped. Just one more beef with your foreign customer (?) service. Wise up Cincinnati Bell, you may be saving money BUT you're losing customers !!
