CHRISTOPHER & BANKS - LaVale, Maryland MD 21502 - Country Club Mall

I placed an order online that had 2 items being shipped to me and 1 item pickup in store. I waited for the email to tell me it was ready but after about 30 hours after I placed the order I called the store to see what the status was. They told me they had sold their last item in that size so they would have to have it shipped to them from another store. I waited almost 2 weeks and no communication... I called the store back and they told me they never received the item and made it sound like it should have come from the warehouse. She offered to call customer care on my behalf and called me back saying customer care told her it was shipped to me with my other items (no, it wasn't). I called customer care and he told me the STORE CANCELLED my item the day it was placed! I had called the store twice since they cancelled it and no one told me that! I couldn't even reorder the item because it was out of stock. If I had been told when I originally called that they cancelled the order I could have reordered it online but now I have no option to do that. I never once received an email or phone call letting me know they cancelled that part of my order. Absolutely poor customer service! This was my first time ordering from this store and will certainly be my last.
