I was looking at the reviews for Chico's in Mission Viejo CA. I was really shocked that the average was only 3 stars. I LOVE the is store because of the people who work there. And I purposely shop when these amazing women are working (hopefully). But that being said, I have not had an unpleasant experience with any of the people who work there. I think that everyone that we need to remember is we all come into all of our situations with expectations which is not fair. People need to come in with a positive attitude and happy feeling. We are shopping at Chico's!!! Next to Disneyland this is my happy place....
A shout out to Patrice, Cassie and Lourdes. Lourdes was a new associate for me and she was terrific. For those of you who may have not had a stellar experience, re-group, have a happy attitude and try it again!!!!!
