Charlotte Russe - Savannah, Georgia 31406 - Oglethorpe Mall

I was in Savannah for a day and decided to go to the mall. Bought two pants, a shirt, and a floppy hat. Went home in Charleston and realized that my hat wasn't in the bag. I checked everywhere to make sure it wasn't me that dropped or lost the hat, then I called the store to let them know they charged me for a hat that I never received. I talked to a girl on the phone who I thought was named Taylor, but I'm not sure( the only other name I remember is Ashley) she asked me for my name and information and told me that they would keep the hat until I came to pick it up. I came back the very next day, remind you that I live in Charleston... Fun fun fun. i get there and ask for my hat and give them my receipt and the store manager is looking around for it. Well I'm standing there for like 10 minutes waiting on someone to bring me my already paid for hat that was supposed to be being held for me and she tells me she can't find it and doesn't know what happened to it!!!! I am beyond furious, there was only two hats and they sold the hat that I already paid for. And there wasn't another one like it. I justi R my money back and walked out of there.... All they could do was say sorry. I will never shop at that Charlotte Russe ever again. I am very dissatisfied. If you are okay with paying for things and not receiving them then this is the place for you!
