I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. was told misinformation about the return policy - with today’s COVID climate and fitting rooms being closed it should be acceptable to have a full return within a period of time. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. NO REFUNDS. ONLY GIFTCARDS. EXTREMELY NOT ACCOMMODATING GIVEN THE PANDEMIC WE ARE FACING. Management was not helpful.
