Rude employees by ,
I came in today 8/1/2020. First time I’d been out shopping since the virus hit. No signs up that you couldn’t size up the clothing you’re buying to your body to see if it would fit. So I tried the jacket on, maybe a bad decision, sure. But I wanted to buy it. I was going to buy it, it fit well. And I hadn’t even considered that was inappropriate. But despite there being no signs one particular male employee instead of politely informing me of the policy decided to make a spectacle out of me in the store. Yelling at me from the other side of the room. I nodded that I understood what he said since the mask I was wearing obstructed some communication and removed the jacket immediately, super embarrassed. I have diagnosed anxiety, and I don’t go out shopping often. Then he shouts out “don’t do it again” In a very unfriendly way as if I specifically came in to start problems causing every customer and employee to shift their eyes on to me like I’m causing some big trouble. If he had come to me respectfully and said I wasn’t allowed to try anything on I would’ve apologized, bought the jacket I tried on, and left. But I was on the verge of tears as he had triggered my anxiety flight reaction and I just left without it. Ruined my day honestly. No wonder the store is going out of business.
