I visited the store yesterday with my friend hoping to return a pair of jeans that were the wrong size. We went in and I asked the lady at the register if I could return them and she said that I could only exchange or get store credit. When I asked if I could not return the jeans, she rolled her eyes and looked away. My friend and I looked at each other and were uncomfortable, but I just got the store credit and left. We went back 30 min later because I decided to just get a different pair of jeans since I had the store credit. I went to register with my jeans and the same lady from before was there again. I purchased the jeans and she put them in the bag and when I tell you that she had the ABSOLUTE WORST attitude ever. She tosses the bag on the table and walks away without saying anything else. My friend and I left the store and we were both pissed as hell. That was the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Never going back to the store again.
