Great service very good

Place my order registered person he did a good job but the lady at the fire station was eating fries out of the station area in front of the customers with her gloves on and then scooped up fries and put them in the container for a customer kind of turned my stomach I was there April 28th and I told the person at the register that I was going to contact and complain

I had stopped in there on my lunch break on Thursday and 1:30 tryed your fiestas cheesesteak very delicious and also I want to say great customer service I mean awesome customer service by Kelly whole team did great but kellys customer service skills will never go unnoticed very good

Today I came in and I got a regular steak everything on it ultimate fry was really delicious you sure do have a lot of team members working for you it was all very friendly and did a good job I would definitely stop back

Philly cheese steak was awesome Louis my man help me out make sure it tastes really good my wife got a chicken Philly and hers was also delicious too had a try great service

Food was good but the only thing that I had a problem with is the guy on register tried to correct one employee the female on topping station and she completely said no to him and had an attitude he handled it pretty well but there should be no reason why an employee is telling somebody no when it has to do with work related situation she should be fired off top from that type of attitude might not stop back

I'm a regular customer I work her up in the mall Kelly did great she running my order correctly on the receipt it said no lettuce tomato I had a steak as soon as I got down to the topping station it's always the girl and the dude with the glasses I didn't get their name but they're always talking and playing around every time I come up there they still put lettuce and tomato and made it seem like Kelly rung the order wrong too much playing around

Angel was great on register very nice I got down to topping station I asked girl for ketchup and she was in a conversation with the other guy I ask 3 times before she paid attention to me she needs to pay more attention to guest but Kelly step up and gave me ketchup and then Kelly proceeded to tell the girl what the problem was and the girl like started laughing at her

You got my favorite person Kelly working for you guys she has an awesome personality I'm actually from the Robinson area I worked at piercing Pagoda and she has been working for Charlie's for 4 years always happy always smiling we always joke about stealing her to come work for us I feel like everybody in the mall wanted her they would fight and offer her more money you got an awesome employee on your team

Great food great customer service skills by Kelly she's the only one with name tag I didn't get other employees names but all did good I came there Sunday will come back food was great I order bacon three cheese and strawberry lemonade it was great

Oh my God awesome customer service from Kelly you guys finally put Charlie in South hills village Mall this is great closer to our house and I have five children and we all love Charlie's thanks for bringing it closer to us everybody the whole team was so awesome fast good service and the food tastes great thank you once again
