Was there on 12/12/2019 to buy a pair and a purse that my wife had seen online, the sales lady that was helping us was so rude that we decided not to buy at that time. The lady was aggressive on all her responses and just plain rude, I had purchased a wallet form another store in November and I showed her that the paint was fading with only couple of months of use she replied immediately asking me if i had bought it on sale, this not being the case i asked her if the items on sale had a different quality then the items of regular price, she just started talking about the 30 day return policy that she sometimes disregards to GOOD CUSTOMER that buy there regularly, that not being my case i was stuck with my faded wallet and advise me to not put to much items in the wallet so the wallet lasted. After all of this i wrote an email to customer service who never replied. We end up buying from Burberry and not planing on ever buying from CH again, it just terrible what a few employees and the lack of supervision can do to a brand.
