Spent an hour in the store looking for presents for my family before mother’s Day. Did not have time to try clothes. Was told by manager Shawn that can hold items till TOMORROW 8 pm. My hold note had my phone number and name on it. When I came back to the store next day- everything was put away on the floor and no one even called me. Spent another hour trying to locate items. Unable to find everything that I needed. One of items does not have tag now- waiting for 30min by cashier so they can find items price. Really bad experience.
