**DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE**
Do NOT do business at this location. I purchased a phone on 7/10/20 and was charged $40 to transfer my data over from my iCloud account after being told the charge was mandatory. I inquired upfront if I could just transfer over my date from my iCloud account as I normally do when I purchase a new phone and I was told no. I called back later in the day and spoke with two different customer service reps who told me the charge was optional. When I asked for a refund because I had inquired about he charge being optional upfront I was told I would receive a call from a manager, but never heard from one. I called a few weeks later and was told the same thing, however a manager never did call me back. Terrible business. **DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL** Use a Verizon owned store instead. They offer much better customer service.
