Cellular One - Gallup, New Mexico 87301 - Rio West Mall

I went to the Mall in Gallup, N.M. to pay my phone at Cellular One on June 6th, 2022 @ 5:18pm. The employee with the user name "...." tried to rip me off ten dallors. I counted my change and told him. He gave the money back. But just be careful going to Rio West Mall Cellular One to make payments. Count your change.

Cell one (the service not this particular distributing location) is literally the worst of the worst cell service I have ever thrown money away to. When no other service is available maaaaaybe consider turning to this company. But be warned! The service is on par with walmart walkie talkies within throwing distance. On their service, phones consistently get 1/2 of a ring. Then its a missed call. Rinse repeat. Unbelievably annoying playing phone tag like whackamole waiting to press the button at just the right moment. But if that wasn't bad enough the voicemail service that then results is like verifying your identity through paypal. Each. And. Every. Time. And often the recognition softwear (not even voice recognition) is so poor it just keeps missing the first digit of your phone number your required to enter prior to another series of validations. Rinse repeat. I will never listen to another voicemail again. TY cell one. And thats IF your call gets through. Thats right cell phones can have busy signals. Daily. But usually only between the hours of noon and 7 pm which is better than all day I guess. If I could I would give this company a 1/2 star rating to go with their 1/2 ring service. Or is it a three ring circus? Tldr; do yourself a favor and avoid them. Smoke signals are more reliable.
