Faulty work, won’t fix it by ,
I took my phone to this place to have the screen removed. It seemed fine until I got home and realized that my phone was glitching when I touched the screen. I am a very busy mom and my family only has one car so I wasn’t able to take it back that week to get it fixed. Later that week the screen completely popped out. My husband called and told them that the technician had done it wrong or not well enough and he said to bring it in and they would fix it as long as it didn’t have a cracked screen. We were planning on going this weekend because my husband works a full time job and only has the weekend off. We only have one car or I would’ve taken it myself! Today the screen popped out again and this time it hit something and cracked the screen. I called the company to let him know that their technicians faulty work caused my screen to pop out which resulted in a cracked screen and he told me that they will not be able to replace it because it will be an extra cost to them! So he offered to charge me 150 dollars to fix it which is 15 short of what I paid to initially get it fixed. I would not recommend them as they do not properly secure the screen to your phone and even more so due to the fact that if your phone is damaged because of faulty work, their mistake will not be remedied. Don’t waste your money.
Rip off by ,
Was shopping in the outlets and saw this place so decided to have my home button/screen on my iphone replaced. Nice people however they messed up my phone, the home button doesn’t really work by the time I got home. Half the screen keeps glitching, like it becomes distorted, which shows that they did a sh***y job. Keep away from them, $52 wasted which I will dispute with my bank
Horrible product by ,
Bought my son $25 EarPods from here, and they never worked out the box. I would take them back if I didn’t have to sit in hours if traffic to get there. Don’t waste your money!

I bought a new glass cover for my Samsung S9+ and paid $25 for it. Last week I noticed there was water under it, I haven't a clue how that happened, since my phone hasn't been near water, wasn't dumped in a sink, it didn't start raining until the other day. I lifted off the glass the dry the phone, used an alchohol wipe to clean the phone and put the glass back on. I have a hard time typing on the phone now, I have to really push to get letters done. It's a pain, again, how did moisture get underneath? I hadn't touched the glass before then. It's useless now, I have to go to the AT&T store and pay another $25. We are on a fixed income so this isn't something I wanted to happen. Very unhappy with it.
