Poor customer service
I went into CC's at Westfield Mall a little over a month ago and saw a dress that was beautiful. I went in again yesterday with a friend who is shopping for a dress, when we attempted to enter the section where the bridal gowns are(which is totally open), we were told we needed an appointment. I explained I simply wanted to show my friend the dress. We were refused to do so and were told it is a policy by the manager. I told her that was not a very shopper friendly environment. My friend decided she will purchase her dress elsewhere. If one is not even allowed to look, then they need to have the bridal section closed off. Poor policy for a mall environment. Obviously one would not want people trying on those dresses without an appointment but looking to decide if you even want to do business should not be handled the way it was handled.
