California Nails - Leominster, Massachusetts 01453 - The Mall at Whitney Field

So so disappointed. I feel bad leaving a bad review but it was so terrible. I went for a fill and as he was grinding down my nails he made me bleed on 4 of my fingers. I pointed it out to him as it was very painful and he put nail polish remover over the cuts three times, making my fingers shake from pain. I had showed him a photo of what I was looking for before and he said a girl would have to do the design and I said okay. He went to go get her afterwards and she said “no”. I would have never gotten this color if I couldn’t get the design with it because they looked good together but not separately. I asked for a matte topcoat and it was still shiny but I was near tears at this point so I didn’t say anything but the man at the front noticed and sent me back. I spent 3 hours here just to go home and paint over the poor job. I’m honestly just really sad and my fingers hurt. I’m sure they have better technicians and that getting a good manicure here is very possible but this is my experience.
