Burger King - Leeds, Alabama 35094 - The Outlet Shops of Grand River

My daughter had to come out of her pocket $3 for a register shortage of $6 which was split between the other cashier. She only worked 5 hours on this particular day. I don't know how many times the register is counted on a particular day but I can only imagine how many cashiers have worked the register in a days time. I understand what a daily shortage could do to the bottom line but an occasional $6 shortage can't shut down the store. What really concerns me is that she was told that the owner has stated that if a register is $2 dollars short then the cashier will be FIRED. I think there should be a better penalty procedure in place due to the number of people who have access to the register. This is my daughter first job and I do appreciate Burger King giving her an opportunity to enter the workforce\ but I do not think she should have to come out her pocket for an occasional $6 register shortage or even share the cost with other cashier(s).

The lady in the white shirt made my trip very unpleasant...I want eat here again
