Brows N More - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma OK 73118 - Penn Square Mall

I was there for a thread and a eyebrow tint! The lady was rude so I told her I’ll whip my own ring off! Once I left I noticed my eyebrows was very thin and the tint did not take! I tried calling no number. I would like this to be fixed! I wish I never tipped her. Unprofessional and horrible work! Now I have to wait month until they feel back in

I usually go here all the time I never have any issues, friday the 6th was different. I came in and the lady who usually does them we're busy so I had to be seated with a lady. I'm not sure if she knows what she's doing , as I left they stung a lil more than usual but didn't have anything showing until the next morning I notice where the sting was there's little cuts on my eyebrow. I've been doing my eyebrows like this 3 years and never got this

I wish I could give it zero stars. It use to be great but there’s only one lady who works there now I guess and she’s the worst! Very rough, super rude, and leaves my eyebrows bleeding every time! They don’t look bad but when your working with peoples faces you should know to be more gentle, not snapping the thread on peoples faces.

I was traveling from Texas and stopped in the OKC mall to get things for my event. There was total negative energy and as soon as I gave the one woman my credit card and said I was paying for both of us, the other woman didn’t even clean up my daughters brows. I hope these women understand that Customer Service is about the customer first and not just my credit card. You people were so rude I don’t write review but what you did ??
