Breitling - Las Vegas, Nevada NV 89109 - The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

I unfortunately had a very bad sales/service experience similar to some of the other reviewers. I purchased a Navitimer 1 Chronograph, with a black leather strap and a brown crocodile one, at the Forum Shops store in December 2018. I only wear the watch a few times a month. But after just a few wears the brown crocodile strap started to develop cracks. I brought the watch back into the shop on my next visit to LV in May 2019. The sales rep we spoke to initially said there's nothing they can do because the strap was a "gift". That is not correct as we negotiated two straps with our watch. That they recorded one as free should not have mattered. We then asked to speak to a manager. She told us the manager would not be in until 10am the next day. So went back to the store the next day at 10am and of course the manager was not in and they did not know when he would get in. They also told us that our sales rep, Andy, would be in later that day and they would have him call us when he got in. We waited until late in the afternoon but he never called. So we called the store and asked to speak to him. They got him on the phone. We explained the situation to Andy and he basically just reiterated the same response as before, that it was a gift. He asked us to send him a picture of the strap, said he would talk to the manager and have the manager follow up with us. He also texted us and said he would respond the next day after talking to management. And of course we received no call from the manager and Andy never followed up with us. A week has now passed since then. Andy, like the others we interacted with in the store, is very disingenuous. He's all smiles and falling over himself to be nice when you're in the sale process but wants nothing to do with you when there's a problem. I would not buy a watch from this boutique. You will get much better follow up service and support from any department store then you will here.
