El dia 16 de octubre nos acercamos con unas amigas que estabamos de paso por Fort Lauderdale, aprovechando el tiempo que teniamos antes de abordar nuestro vuelo, fuimos en busca de una laptop. Me mostraron algunas que requeria preferible de marca Dell con un procesador Core i7, me dijeron que no tenian sino una de marca hp de ultima tecnologia core i7. Cuando la mostraron para la compra era la laptop que solicite, al llegar a un acuerdo en el precio de la laptop, nos preguntaron de que pais eramos y al decirle que eramos ecuatorianas que andabamos de paso de un tour, el dueno de la tienda dijo que el tambien era ecuatiriano y que era un gusto poder servirnos y que estaba a las ordenes las veces que necesitaramos. me cobraron el valor de $652 incluido el impuesto, Luego nos distrajeron disque para mostrarnos en la parte interior de la tienda un proyector cuyo costo estaba en oferta a $800 siendo su costo original $1000 segun la version del vendedor. El vendedor me cambio el producto y lo que me entrego es una laptop hp intel celeron chrome cuyo valor es inferior. Donde lo puedo denunciar a esta gente mala fe que hace dano y estafa a los ciudadanos?

I bought a 7 plus on vacation and the original price of it was $569 at apple. This electronic store charged a total of $700 for the 7 plus. I returned it I also let them take their 20% restocking fee and ordered one on eBay for $409 which I’m very contented with

Do not buy here, they won’t give you the chance to return and it is overpriced

No compre a en esta tienda estafan ala gente con las cosas que vende ai y cuando te das cuenta y quieres regresar el producto .. Nose puede por la Polisa q tiene ... Es un robo q te acen.

Compré un proyector Led pico a $ 250 diciendo que el precio original era de $350 y porque el dueño de la tienda es argentino me hacían ese descuento. El mismo proyector en B&H está $125. Veo los comentarios anteriores con situaciones similares, pero siguen haciendo lo mismo, ESTAFADORES!!!!!!

They tried to rip me off, likely the fact of telling me that the product costed normally 3000$ (An unknown mini projector) and the could reduce it to 600, made me suspect. That projector doesn’t cost more than 75$. The vendor an israeli called John. Don’t even get inside the shop.

No compren nada en este local !!! A mi señora la engañaron diciéndole que un producto costaba más de el doble !!!! Intente anular la compra y no me dejaron !!! Llegue a mi país y el Dron no funciona . Es una vergüenza que Sawgrass Mills tenga esta tienda en el Mall .

They offer one thing and then give another one, when you call them they say that is what you buy

Watch out for for the salesmen at this store. Product prices are not tagged and they decide upon the type of clients. I was ripped off by dishonest salesman that sold me a canon photo camera for 460 dollar, telling me it was a better product. Due I bought the camera they offer me a free case for the camera. Since I did not have internet connection at the time I could not check the real price or quality of the product. Upon arriving from my vacation I discovered the product had bad reviews and was on internet for 270 dollar with a lot of accesories .They do not accept returns and charge a 20% restocking fee for exchange. I DO NOT RECOMMEND . This company is a thief !!!!! Dont entre this store.

Everything over priced, they won't talk to unless you tell them You're definitely buying something. If you're not buying anything they walk away from you and pretend they don't speak English.

The seller changed the product that I bought. I bought Sony Watch 3 and the price was the Sony Watch 3..... but the seller packed Sony Watch 2... The price was very very hight more than 3 times that the normal... Don't buy anything

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store for anyone. Cuidado com esta loja!! Os vendedores são malandros e os produtos não são etiquetados. Eles decidem o preço pela aparência do cliente. Eles não aceitam devoluções e ainda cobram 20% de taxa caso você decida trocar por outro produto. De qualquer forma, compre por sua conta e risco.
