They gave me a loan which I did not approve and tried to make me pay for the loan even though I didn't receive any products or services. I tried to cancel the Loan and Lauren the Manager would not let me. Laurenr the Manager at Boynton Beach Mall Dental is doing very shady and illegal things and makes you sign up for the loan you do not need or agree. She will make you sign the loan even though you did Not agree or RECEIVE any services!

In my opinion do not trust these people they will take advantage, they will give you different quote"for the same work that needs to be done within 6 months period. The office manager (no medical degree)hung up on me and wouldn't discuss the issue reguarding same quote two different prices "from 6 months earlier from the doctor that worked at their office.

They are uneducated rude and do not know what they are doing. Why can't you use their bathroom? I do not think they have running water. You will waste your time-because unless you pay out of pocket-they will not serve you. STAY FAR AWAY.

This is the worst dental office in history. They will send bills to insurance companies for something they never did. Received a bill that they did cleanings and applied fluoride in which they never had the chance to do because of the horrendous service LAUREN provided and I walked out the office after letting her know she’s very unprofessional then another stating they provided certain X-rays versus the one they actually did. Again the service

Went to office for dentures in June of 2022 I called them on numerous occasions regarding when I will get dentures,either they hang up phone on me or put me on hold for over an hour. I requested a refund they told me they don't give refunds. They charged my insurance and me additional 750 It's May 2023 still nothing from Boynton Mall Dental....

I highly recommend this office to everyone needing dental work. I came in as an emergency I called at 3 o’clock and they gave me an appointment by 330. I had a tooth that needed to be extracted due to a very bad infection. No other surgeon would pull the tooth, when I walked into this office, the surgeon was getting ready to leave but stayed to help me because he knew I was in pain. The staff and the doctors truly care! What more can you ask for!

i have been a patient since 2019 when this office first opened. i have been coming every six months for regular check ups and i couldn't be more happy. really saw the practice and people grow. thanks guys.

I was apprehensive at first becuase of the location but let me REASSURE anyone having doubts.... THIS PRACTICE IS AMAZING!!!!!!! they really make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door:) Thank you so much!!!

First impression of the office was clean and smelt very pleasant. The front office appears to be organized and tended to me almost instantly. Also very tolerant with unsatisfied patients. More impressed with the doctors chairside manner. I felt safe, looked after and as if all my questions were being answered to my satisfaction. I would bring my family here.

By far the worst dental office I have ever interacted with. Unprofessional in that they are disorganized, slow, and rude. Poor communication and training among employees. Appointments take twice as long as everywhere else. The front desk staff is horrific, the actual dentists are less terrible. The quality sure fits in with the dying mall in which they are located.

Had an appointment today paid 129.00 was told by Dr. Khan he is recommending me see someone name Dr. Cohen regarding my implants and was told that I will not be receiving my X-rays which I paid for. I recommend nobody to go to Boynton Beach Mall Dental, Pa.

I was reccomended this practice by my dental insurance policy; Upon my arrival I was cordually greeted and helped by front desk reception. Promptly called back upon registration completion- Dr. Khan gave me a thourough/comprehensive exam and made sure I understood the clinical terminology he was advising. If you're a new patient, or are being referred to a specialty doctor, make an appointment today!

The office mgr has not a thorough understanding of Humana insurance, she assumed my policy was a hmo, indeed it was not, I have a ppo & said my terms of insurance changed on July 1, 2022, it did not, still the same policy from Jan 1 2022. Extremely rude, charged me for a procedure the dr, Dr Kahn didn’t know about. I was over charged $70.00

stay away from this clinic these people are just to collect money nothing professional in each appointment it is a different doctor all the time they give you an appointment and then they tell you that you do not have an appointment all of them new in the dental industry

Staff is very informative and helpful! Lauren was very helpful when explaining my treatment proposal; Brianna was pleasant and scheduled my appointment promptly. I reccomended my friends and family to be seen with Dr. Khan:)

I had an appointment on Saturday and I waited for an hour for them to open the office and they never did, I called to ask if they would be opening but no one answered they wasted my time.

If I could give them a 0 star I will love to. Took my money, rude as hell and tell me they don’t care. Very very bad customer service. Don’t go ! Trust me when I said don’t go. It’s been 6 weeks we are waiting for a refund when we were told it will take 10 days. Everytime I call I am getting a different answer. Front desk is rude and nasty.

They took impression 5 months ago. I had to have her last 2 teeth removed so they had to add the 2 teeth to the new false teeth being made. It now has been 5 more weeks and still no teeth. My 85 year old mom has been eating soups for 1-1/2 months,each week I call I get told it’s not there problem and you will just have to wait. The front desk is rude. Patients pay their salary, my bill ($1500). Without patients no jobs. I’m a ✌️Of ?in there eyes

This review is about what they fail to tell you. This review is NOT about their dental services. They scheduled a 10AM appointment. What they didn’t tell you is the mall opens at 11. To get in you have to look for the loading dock. Once there look for the yellow doors behind the dumpster. Then go through a VERY POORLY LIT narrow corridor that ends at a locked double door. Pull real hard on the right door. Took two attempts.

I went to this dentist a few days ago. I arrived about 3 minutes later than my appointment, there was only 2 people in the lobby, took the receptionist about 15-20 minutes before i got my papers. I got called in, did X-rays , then had to wait another 30 minutes only to be told i need a plaque cleaning done bcuz i have signs of gum disease, wouldn’t let me just do a regular cleaning because “my teeth would get worse” they wanted $150 for this.

The front desk girl is so rude she belongs in the food court , not a dental office! She will never tell you her name because she knows she’s rude ! Hangs up on patients! Please do yourself a favor and fire her!

RUDE!!!!

I called to get reimbursed for service that wasn’t rendered due to some personal displacement matters and due to the treatment I received from the front desk being very rude and has no customer service skills. Potty mouth inconsiderate people. The young black girl at the front desk is extremely rude and hangs up in your face mid sentence.When calling back she proceeds to tell me we are a private practice and do as we please.I am very disappointed

I walked out of this office with my husband and 2 young kids after waiting 1.5hrs to be eventually squeezed in a room waiting another 30min to be told by the staff there is only 1 dentist on a Saturday and he had an emergency procedure. That's fine but tell us 1.5 hours earlier if we have to wait so long or reschedule. Check in was disorganized, staff honestly didn't care. They should have scheduled us at different times. Worst dentist experience
