EMPLOYEE’S BRING KIDS TO WORK & DON’T SUPERVISE
On 10/14 around 350pm i arrived with plans for my daughter to have fun as she normally would. Shortly after arriving, we noticed an unsupervised toddler who then kicked my daughter straight in the face with both feet. After finding the mother behind the counter ON DUTY WORKING & explaining what happened, she asked why WE(husband & I)weren’t supervising my daughter. Absurd when she was the one ON DUTY WORKING. We were RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BOUNCEHOUSE
Worse place to take your kids.
Do NOt take your little kids here. They expect you to know how long your kids will want to stay and make you pay in advance. I paid for the hour but my girl got hurt and wanted to leave after 15 minutes. They would not refund the difference or give me credit but when your time is up they kick you out right away. They have a dishonest way of doing business. Do not support this crooked place.
