Boubou - Paramus, New Jersey 07652 - 3509 - Paramus Park

I tried on a satin dress and I loved it. I asked a woman (an Asian whose name I did not obtain) to please hold the dress for me for an hour as I will be back to purchase it. She looked at her watch and rudely said "okay come back after an hour but after that, I will put it back on the shelf because customers want to buy it". As my mother and I returned through the doors around 7:00 PM, a Caucasian lady (with long brown hair) rushed over to the door and urgently stopped us from coming into the store because they were closing. I mentioned that I am there to pay for a dress that was put aside for me. She responded by saying "okay well hurry because we are closed". I went to the counter (where other customers were paying) and kindly asked the Asian woman if I may try the dress on one last time because I want to be 100% sure before I purchase it. She said "we are closed" and I said that I understand and that I am interested in buying the dress. She quickly yanked the dress off the rack near her and was pushing it towards me and said "Okay hurry. Be quick because we are closing. You have two minutes to try it on". I took a step back and said mentioned to her that I want to ensure that there aren't any rips in the dress and that I am positive that I want to spend the money on it. I told her this because I am spending a lot of money on this dress. The woman became noticeably agitated and disrespectful and (in front of other customers) said "how much more time do you need? You took a long time in the dressing room before and you still can't decide if you like the dress? This is ridiculous. How much more time do you need?" I cannot begin to express the amount of disrespect and disappointment that I experienced yesterday evening in this store. I felt utterly disregarded and violated by how I was treated in front of my mother and other customers. I genuinely felt like I was treated like an animal. I did not end up purchasing the dress due to the treatment of the staff.

Recently had the worst experience in the Paramus park store with the manager Bianca she was Kurt and rude. We purchased a dress there had some issues. She refused to work with us. It is a low class dress outlet with a uneducated staff. They do not know how to do good customer service. Will never go back and am spreading the word
