Bon Worth - Decatur, Alabama 35601 - Decatur Mall

I was the manager of this store. Loved to have had the opportunity to work with some of the best employees and to greet and care for the customers that shopped my store. This was my baby and I tryed in every way to care for it. A new company came a long and bought it. They changed the stores to boutique style and added lots more to the managers to do. Now because my sales were not were they wanted them they closed my store in 2015. I'm inside a dead in mall, I'm still making $10.75an hour no raise for 3 years I was told the reason I was not getting a raise was because my sales are not up were they wanted them and I have 4 employees and a store to run which has added more for me to do and use my own personal car and my own personal phone and will not move me out of this mall. If they would have moved me out I would have picked up my sales a lot. My customers had a time getting to my store. I really miss my customers. Loved doing my job. This new company has not done there employees right.
