The customer service is horrible!!!! The young lady taking the orders in the drive through whom was identified as Davonna Harris (Iverson Mall location) was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacked work ethics. While attempting to place my order she refused to LISTEN, was telling me things were out that really were not, she even had the nerve to tell me NO....when I asked for extra sauce on my wrap. This little girl should be fired immediately. I would not even let her sweep the floors of my business. The manager was disinterested in my complaint about her staff. And I believe the manager gave me a fraudulent name for her employee. She's the only light skin girl/boy that works there. However, hands down this is the worst customer service I have had in years.
