Compre una go pro que se supone resiste el agua y está cámara dejo de funcionar luego de hacer un vídeo, no tiene ni una hora de uso y el vendedor de la tienda Bluwave niega la garantía y dice que lo haga directamente con GoPro.BAD service :(

Señores no compren absolutamente nada en esta tienda, tanto como el dueño y sus trabajadores son cómplices de toda la estafa que tiene esta gente con todo lo que venden, son unos estafadores y están acostumbrados a esto tienen sobreprecio y venden cosas dañadas para muestras vean los demás reviews!!!!

Venden productos dañados y luego no quieren reponer el dinero; sobre evaluaron una spy cam que devolví al 200% de valor en el mercado. Son estafadores a mucha lucha logre que me devuelvan mi dinero porque no funcionaba. Perdí 4 horas de mis vacaciones nunca mas iré a ese Mall a comprar.

I purchased a Galaxy Fitbit e watch 8/10/19. I was not advised it was the final sale. The employee said it was the latest and charged me $106. It was the dumbest purchase I’ve ever done. The same day I asked for a refund they said it’s not returnable. The watch is worth $60. On the box it had a price of $300 something. They took the tag off before they gave me the box. My internet was slow when checking the reviews but I trusted the judgment of the sales person. When I left I saw it was a horrible watch that’s actually less than what I paid for because it’s a bad watch. This store deserves 0 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. THE ITEMS ARE MARKED UP ON PRICES. This store need to be shut down. Whoever oversees stores in sawgrass need to investigate this store. They are ripping people off. They are not completely honest and straightforward. IM DISAPPOINTED IN SAWGRASS IN ALLOWING THIS.

If I could give this -9000000 stars I would. The workers in this stores are nothing short of scammers, I understand there being a markup on certain items because you have to make a profit, but I when I found that an item I paid 299 for was really less than 50 online I was livid, i went back and exchanged it and the ole scammer shorted me on what i was suppose to get another lens valued at 199 (amazon value 135 so not a terrible markup) and 2 micro SD cards for the balance, something felt wrong having a balance of 100 and only getting to low tiered micro so cards but by this time i was so fed up i just wanted to leave. These people are deportable and sawgrass must do something to protect its shoppers and their reputations. You win some you lose some but i can promise you i will never recommend anyone i know shop there ever in life.

LA PEOR ESTAFA DEL MUNDO! NO COMPREN EN ESE LUGAR!!
Hace poco fuí a comprar un celular y lo q me vendieron no tenía ninguna de las caracteristicas mencionadas y por lo cual pagué...consulté el costo promedio y era la mitad del valor q me habian cobrado!! Aun así volví a cambiarlo confiando en la buena fé del señor q nos atendió de nacionalidad peruana y q aparentaba ser atento... al ver q volví a cambiar el celular se opuso , subió el valor de tooodos los equipos que tenía puesto q solo me ofrecia cambiarlo por otro celular. Reconoció que no habia dicho bien las especificaciones de lo q vendió ( cuando es claro que de se los conocía a todos los celulares de memoria). Fibalmente logré cambiar el equipo que luegonlo hice revisar en la marca del mismo y me dijeron q era remanufacturado!!! Un completo desastre, son unos estafadores y el Sawgrass con semejante renombre no deberia tener locales como esos puesto q desprestigian el lugar!!
