My first visit, just happened to be walking around the mall, receptionist Denise very friendly and welcoming recommended Notty for my cut. Notty, very friendly and skilled barber. I truly appreciate his patience and skills. Love my cut!

1st time customer. My wife suggested I try it because they advertised $5. for haircuts. The barber asked what I needed, I told him I would like my hair cut. Now bear in mind I am a 74 year old who is 75% bald with thin hair on the sides. The barber and I got along great in conversation. Four minutes after I sat down he was done. It wasn’t the best cut or the worst, it was OK. The only thing missing was the obligatory trim on the eyebrows and the ears. Otherwise, it was a typical no frills haircut. The barber handed me the bill, and without looking at it I put it in my pocket. At the counter the owner took the bill and says $20. In shock I reminded him of the huge sign outside that said $5 haircuts. His response was well he gave you a “fade” I said “fade, I’m bald what kind of fade did he give me.” I don’t even know what the hell a fade is, I’m a bald 74 year old who walked in looking for damn haircut and wind up getting fleeced by a hustler. To add insult to injury, they only take cash which I was not informed of prior. Conveniently they just happened to their own ATM which cost me another $3. My $5. Haircut wound up costing me $23.00. Save yourself the BS, on the other side of the mall is a real $5. haircut shop. They are professional and trim your eyebrows and your ears. They take credit cards and do not have an ATM. What really pissed me off was that I was a 1st time customer and the owner ? Ignorant of any business protocol did not offer to adjust the charges. Amateurs.
