Unprofessional
I was mainly upset with this salon because I had an appointment at 9am and the doors stay they open up at 9am but one of the cosmetologist was apparently “running late” and I was told that my appointment was canceled because of that reason. I found it to be very unprofessional that this salon waisted my time.
