The latest and greatest new addition to Bal Harbour Shops, "Bianco" will most certainly impress you with their unique and distinctive flavors. They use organic, non GMO ingredients and everything is certified Kosher as well. They have unique flavors including a grapefruit non-dairy sorbet which tastes like fresh picked pink grapefruit Their almond granita is a must try. It's so delicious ! All their flavors are outstanding I enjoyed the coffee gelato and the pistachio as well. Nadia, the owner is the proprietor and she and her staff are really delightful people and will make you feel right at home. This is without a doubt the greatest new addition to Bal Harbour Shoppes. Nadia and her knowledgeable and friendly staff really know how to treat their customers. The almond granita is a cool taste sensation that will soothe your soul. The grapefruit sorbetto, (sorbet) is a sheer delight to the palate. It is not only refreshing but is pure and naturally aromatic. Their traditional milk based ice creams (gelati) are all delicious and are not overly sweet. All their ice creams (gelati) are organic and certified Kosher as well. “Bianco” stands for quality and top customer service. There is no attitude in this precious little gourmet ice cream shop Nadia is a class act, is multilingual and has a wonderful staff. The gelateria is located on the third floor .
