Horrible company with horrible customer service
I bought a brand new (not open box) washing machine from Best Buy in October 2021. When they delivered the machine it DIDN'T WORK and wouldn't run a cycle. The customer service line and going into the store myself did not help. I was eventually able to schedule a pick up and refund, only to be told the installers did not mark the machine as picked up and they wouldn't give me a refund. It is now Jan and I still have not gotten refunded.
