If you have any questions or want to get to a department, it is not possible by phone. I called to be connected with Lancôme department and no answer but just sat for 15 minutes. Called back for operator to connect to another cosmetic department and could not get through to anyone. Left message for store manager to return call, but I’m sure no message with get to them. I’ll be ordering online with belk from now on. I guess after pandemic no one came back to work at belk store. At least have better phone system please.
