Bed Bath & Beyond - Panama City Beach, Florida 32413 - Pier Park North

I went to the Panama City Beach Bed Bath & Beyond today. I bought a discounted foot massager that I was told by the manager that it was new and it just had the box missing. They have 24 hours to return it if I it didn’t work. I took it home and it ran for 2 minute but the motor sounded stuck. I returned it and told the same manager what happened. He responded with “the machine works and took it out my the box myself”. He proceeded to put it back for another customer to buy. He was rude in his tone discrediting what I had told him, not sure how his grouchy and negative attitude in a line of customer service is helping the company. It’s a shame that someone else is going to take the foot messages home to find out it doesn’t work. The manager is negligent.
