Beauty Bar - Evansville, Indiana 47715 - Eastland Mall

Literally all they do is stand outside their store and harrass people. My wife and I will literally avoid the entire hall of this mall because of this store. They will harrass and annoy you even if you have walked 50 ft passed the store. Awful staff.

Lady standing outside shop asked if we wanted samples. I know how these type of places are I said no thank u. Continued walked and she practically pulled my husband in there after hearing me say no. I walked in there got him up out his chair and she started mouthing me. Very unprofessional! Also her products broke my husbands face out as well.

Terribly high pressure techniques. I spent over $6000 and tried to return unused products within 48 hours and was then told of no return policy. It was not mentioned at time of purchase. There are signs at cash register stating no return policy but they took my credit card behind the signs. Have complained to the Better business bureau (company never responded) and the mall manager to no avail.

After 25 years I re-visited this mall. I was lured into the beauty bar. I thought the guys were great! They are very knowledgeable about the products, and I was quite impressed. They used a firming under eye cream on one side of my face. It was the first product that actually WORKED! After a large purchase, I also received a complimentary card for a future facial. I am sorry for the other bad reviews on here, because I had a very GOOD experience.

Very rude. Despite having a sign says nf masks required none of the associates had a mask on.

Products demonstrated on me seemed to be good; however, I despise the high-pressure, pushy sales techniques. I have always worked in sales and would NEVER operate that way. The job of a sales person is to politely and professionally present the features and benefits of an item or product and answer questions. The customer must then decide if it’s a right choice for himself/herself. I have to question what there is to hide with such high pressure to impulse buy such expensive products.

I so love this store they have the best beauty products and the face mask are so good when I go to the mall in Evansville I always stop to see ahat they have new

Really bad experience with salesman at this store. This salesman, called himself Adam, calling me "mam, mam" as I walked by. Had no intention of going in. When I turned back to say "no thanks" I saw cloth mask available. Said I just want 2 mask. He said okay and said I could have $10/apiece. I handed him $25 cash. He then started pushing beauty supplies. Persuaded me to purchase. Stated I could have 3 items I wanted for $89 AND he would throw in masks. At that point I pulled my debit card out, signed for purchase, couldn't see charges until I was given receipt. Total charge $107 and he did not want to give me back my cash. I had to walk behind counter to get my cash. He knew I was running late for appt. Tried to get my money back and return items. Other salesman did not want to give me refund and handed me another $10 cash. I was so upset and untrusting, I went to my bank and changed my card number. Will never go back and WILL warn friends and family.
