Bath & Body Works - Gilbert, Arizona 85295 - SanTan Village

I went into the Bath and Body Works store today at the San Tan Mall in Gilbert, AZ to exchange a few items. One of the managers came over and stated she would only accept 2 of my 3 products for return because one item she felt was used over half way (which i disagree with)! After going round and round with her and explaining that other stores and managers have actually encouraged me to bring products back if I don't use them, she finally reluctantly agreed to accept all 3 items for my return today. I told her that Bath and Body Works is 1 company and has 1 return policy (which, by the way, says nowhere about half full products not being included) and expressed my frustration about every store being very inconsistent with the companies return policy. Managers.....these returns are NOT affecting your personal pocketbook so why not just be professional and customer friendly and honor the company's 1 and only return policy!!??
