Bad customer service
An employee named Shelly ruined my experience, she was totally rude and disrespectful. I watched her and another employee whisper about someone shopping. I also watched her snap at a customer who was asking a simple question and she rolled her eyes at her while the girl was trying to talk. She was plain out unfriendly to me. Made me want to leave the store.
