Bad Service
Costumer service was condescending, rude, and very useless. As soon as I stepped inside the store, I was glared at by a costumer service agent sitting in a sofa who did not return my salutation. She kept staring and following me on my way to find what I needed (a set of pillows). Another costumer service agent then approached me and told me that they “don’t have what I’m looking for” and that “the Kohl’s across the street has cheaper prices”. The first woman, with her arms crossed, stood behind me staring in case I made any sudden moves I suppose. Perhaps if I wasn’t a 22 year old Latino male wearing a shirt and jeans on a Sunday evening, I would’ve been treated differently?
