Reviews
Beware the fine print and sales methods
We bought a $3k bedframe and were told if we couldn't get the frame in our house, we would have no problem at all returning the item. The saleswoman, April, never verbally expressed there would be a hefty restocking fee if this happened - just reassured us it was ok to move forward with buying. When we spoke to Marie, she could only say "it was in the terms and conditions" (hidden within multiple pages). Shame on us for trusting their word.
