The Older woman with short blonde hair working the register is incredibly rude

My husband purchased an item for me from this location and did not get the gift receipt. He gave me the original receipt. I could not use this item and went to exchange it for something else. When I inquired about exchanging it for something else or even a gift card because it was apparently out of the return window with a receipt, the girl called a manager. The manager (Elizabeth) was very nasty about helping me. She would not let me exchange it for something else that would cost more money. I even had to ask for the receipt back. I have been to this one several times and most of the employees are friendly, they do have a very high turnover rate through, but she has always had a very nasty attitude. I called another barnes and noble in the area and they were more than glad to help me and let me return it and issued me a gift card. That store will get my business from now on and I will have no problem letting others know not to go to this barnes and noble.
