Very dissapointed to see all friendly associates no longer working at this Bare + Beauty outlet store. Twice a year, i stopped by and spend over $800 on my CDP products. I stopped by last week and got nothing. The staff(Alyssa/Lindsay) was too busy talking behind the counter. NEVER bother to ask if I need any help. BAD BUSINESS practice.

Alyssa(employee) on duty at this Bare Minerals Niagara Falls store very RUDE and unfriendly. I don't speak good english and was asking for some assistance with buying Shiseido skin care. The previous staff who speaks Chinese is no longer at this location and it was difficult trying to buy something when employee not willing to help. NOT HAPPY.

November 11, 2021 i stopped by around 5pm to get my skin longevity, butter drench and cleansing oil but was dissapointed to see 3 employees talking and NONE approached to see if I need any assistance. I waited and waited then left. This is unbelievable and very disappointing.

This was once my favorite place to shop for my Shiseido and CDP skin care. However, my last stop on November 11, 2021 between 5 and 6pm, there was 3 employess working and all 3 was busy talking about their personel interest and never bother greet or ask if I needed any assistance. I left NOT buying anything. Management needs to know the attitute of the employees. Dissapointed.

Not a place you want to stop to shop for any products. Sales associate(Alyssa) and Lindsay too busy talking and never bother to greet us when we walked in to get my foundation. RUDE.

BAD customer service at this Bare+Beauty location. Alyssa extremely RUDE and customer service friendly. She need to get some traning or get another job. Cooperate needs to be aware of the way this store function.

The new sales associate at this Bare + Beauty store has NO personality. The dark hair associate(Alyssa) was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to assist when i need help. Disappointing. Sephora is the place to now moving forward.

Surprised and shocked to see new sales staff except for the dark hair. All the friendly faces are gone. New sales staff are too busy on personel cell phone rather then attending to customers. No wonder the store is empty and all my friends no longer shop here. Management has to know based on sales report.

She was busy on the cell phone the moment I walked in until I left. Only one employee working. Crazy way to run a business.

Rude sales associate(Alyssa). Unwilling to color match BarePro foundation claiming she is not allowed to do so when I just had my concealer color match a month ago. Confused.

Not a pleasant place to shop for Shiseido skin care. Staff has no knowledge of the products and suggest I google for information. I am shocked when I heard that and left.

This store always makes me happy with all the deals and fun make up from Nars. Friendly and helpful staff(Jeet) always so kind, caring, passionate and positive. Thank you Jeet.
