I went to the shop on 3/22/21 to get jumbo knotless braids. The stylist Sarah assured me that she could do the style. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. I even brought my braiding hair because they didn't have the three different colors a desired for the hairstyle. Sarah basically did what she wanted which was box braids and told me that because the knotless doesn't last she did what she thought was appropriate. I didn't have the time for her to fix it because I had to be to work. I still paid $180 for a hairstyle that I wasn't happy with. I called the shop two days in a row just for Marie to tell me that I Sarah told her I was happy with my hair and there was nothing more they could do.
