Love the pretzels by ,
My family and I visited the Auntie Anne's at Pier park. The store was clean, we received lemonade samples and loved the mango lemonade, we never had that before so we bought 2 cups. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. She suggested the best dips were the cheese sauce and the sweet glaze icing for our items so we took her advise and she was right. We ended up with mini-dogs, cinnamon and regular nuggets. All were perfect and delicious. Will be coming back more often. We had a great experience!
Despicable Service/Racist Cashier by ,
I requested both cinnamon and traditional pretzel bites for my order. I noticed that my cinnamon bites were burnt and asked if the extremely rude young white male cashier would sell me another batch that I pointed to that was not burnt at all. He pointed to some dumb sign basically saying that “he will sell me what he wants too sell me whether I like it or not”. His attitude about it was smug, degrading and out right bias (racist). I had to let my daughters who were looking forward to pretzels after dinner and a long day at the beach know that they could not have pretzels. This place is despicable and need to do some sensitivity/customer service training immediately! We the customers shall always be put first and this place needs to close until they realize that!

As always, delicious pretzels. I visit this store at least once a month and always love their pretzels. I also love the mango lemonade.

Unsanitary conditions. Terrible management. Wouldn't recommend.
Terrible Service by ,
So, I visited Pier Park again today. I went back only to stop in at "Aunt Annie's Pretzels." I had already been there twice on my last visit to Panama City Beach and each time they made the pretzels fresh. I paid and waited for my pretzel to bake. Well, today was a totally different story. I was told by the he/she at the register that she would not make me a fresh pretzel, because they had 2 already made and wanted to sell me those first. I'm thinking and telling her that each time I came the staff always made them fresh and I'm just a paying returning customer asking you to make me a fresh pretzel. She refused and so i asked for management or supervisor and they weren't present so i got the managers number and he called back saying that the pretzels are only good for a certain amount of time and she's trained to do that. Hey no problem. I went back and they were making fresh pretzels so i took a few pictures. The heffa had an attitude and i "was" still the nice customers as i was before asking for a fresh cinnamon sugar pretzel. She saw i was taking pictures n got mad..then the heffa rung up my order and gave me my total and refused to take my debit card. She stood there mad because of the pictures. She wanted them deleted before she took my money. By that time my smile was gone, my tone of voice had changed and so did my attitude. Her facial expression changed. I told her FINE don't take my card and we can take this to facebook live or I can make a video. She then took my payment, told the baker to make a salt pretzel instead of cinnamon sugar, and called security. I politely asked for cinnamon sugar and so he changed it and I left. Businesses need to realize that paying customers keep you open and paid and i don't pay for stale food! If i had known that she was going to call security this would've down in a very negative way. The petty attitude she had was so unprofessional and manager Tony is a....
