Purchased pretzels today. They were burnt. Returned for refund. Manager told me I could not get a refund, product only. Received new order of pretzels. They were also burnt. Asked For the number to call home office. He told me he was the manager. There was no number to call. Would not recommend eating at this location, Coastal Grand Mall. Very bad service and product. Manager had a bad attitude. Had to take pretzels out of trash and show the manager that they were burnt. Return pretzels 2times to get pretzels that was not burnt.

I visited Auntie Annies in the Coastal Grand Mall on 12/21/16 at the booth set up in the middle aisle of the mall
I asked the young lady at the register about the specials and she was very rude and nonchalant. I left without buying anything and I love Auntie Annies pretzels.
