The pretzel I got today was as hard as a brick. They have cut back the amount of dough they use, so now, the pretzel's are skinny & today brick hard. Maybe it had set out under the lights too long. If so, it should not have been sold. Bad business practices will run your customers off. As for me, I'll walk to the food court to the other pretzel place. A person should be able to eat what they buy. However, not the case with Auntie Ann's
