I went today to buy pretzel and I ask if I can have a fresh one cuz the other day, they gave me an old one. The older lady seems not happy and when they gave me the pretzel , they didn’t gave me napkins. They are unhappy with me asking for fresh one as the company logo says it’s always fresh. Meanwhile, there are 6 people in the counter and I’m the only customer. Terrible service. I will not buy pretzel on that store ever again. Poor service and very annoying sales people.
