Worst experience ever today at 12;10pm. No pretzels in the case, just a couple of cups of the "bites'. Employee (McKenzie B, on receipt) was on her cell phone just sitting there when I walked up. No product to sell. I asked how long and was told she had to make them and it would be 7-10 min. I didn't see any product ready to go in the oven and didn't have time to wait. Asked if bites were fresh and was told yes. Nope, they were soggy and cold. She couldn't figure out how to ring up my order either. Acted irritated when I asked why there were no pretzels at a pretzel shop at noon. She replied that was usual when it was slow. This is what our workforce is coming to. Poor service with employees that don't care. Oh, and her closing looked like she just rolled out of bed in an old dirty t shirt. This franchise is set to fail.
