Attic Salt - Scottsdale, Arizona 85251 - Scottsdale Fashion Square

My return at this location was denied because the manager did not have the funds to do so. Extremely short with me and rude, she folded her arms and followed me around the store practically pushing me out, only to learn she was waiting for me to leave so she could smoke outside. I learned from surrounding stores that management and customer service has gone downhill. To think I stopped here weekly on my walks....what a shame Tanille!

This used to be a wonderful store. There was a blonde girl here who always had a smile on her face and made it welcoming for all, even towards mall staff and passer bys. But now there is a married couple running the store who are cold, cruel, unwelcoming unprofessional and flat out rude. I've dealt with dozen of mall customer complaints. The store itself is nice but it is the staff that makes it and so I do not recommend this location.

My daughter and I love Attic Salt but the Fashion Square store’s manager is unprofessional and rude. My daughter purchased Tarot cards and we walked outside the store and sat down to open them. Once she unwrapped them she noticed they were damaged. I took them back in to exchange and the manager refused even though it had been 5 minutes. I left and contacted corporate who gave us a full refund and apologized. I won’t shop at that location again!

If I could put zero stars, I would. The management is absolutely horrible. I walked in with my young 10 year old sister and was stared at the entire time. I returned to the store again a couple days later where the manager didn’t take her eyes off me and even started talking to another employee while staring and pointing at me. Once i left the store, she followed me for ten minutes until she got her middle aged husband to stop me and try to grab my bag out of my hands. I was accused if shoplifting and they yelled at me for 20 minutes telling me they were going to send me, a minor, to rot in jail and press charges. They said I seemed suspicious because I went in and didn’t buy anything. Inevitably, it was proven that I did not in fact shoplift anything and I left the mall. I will never be returning to Attic Salt and I advise this for everyone else.

The store manager loves to use the R word here. There's little attention to the customer aside from the automated speech they use for their promotions then you're on your own while the employees hug a wall and talk about each other. I witnessed teenagers stealing and had to wait several minutes to check out because no one was there......they were off ringing customers out at the store next door!!! ridiculous, hurtful and unprofessional.
