Athletic Footwear - Miami, Florida 33172 - Dolphin Mall

Purchased a pair of shoes 5 days ago after I had specifically asked the sales associate if they do returns since this is a gift. She said yes, and I purchased the shoe. Came back several days later, the manager says they don't do reruns. He points at the policy sign on top of the register counter. I tell him that sign wasn't there when I purchased it. I looked for it. He cuts me off and says, "No", as he dances to the music in the store. I ask for the manager and he points at himself. I tell him please look at the cameras, the sign wasn't there. He says he can't do that. I ask him to please look at them. He nods and dances like if he doesn't care what I'm saying. Seriously?! Where's the customer service? I ask him if he can give me the corporate number. He looks at me with question mark on his face. Maybe he doesn't understand. I speak slowly and ask again for the corporate number. He says they don't have one. Give me the business card. I look at it and the number on the card is that of this store. I tell him no, not that one, I need corporate. He points at the website and it's up to me to look for it. What happened to customer service? When I worked in sales, we had every number available on the corners of our computers. And if a customer had an issue we tried to resolve it before getting corporate involved. At least look like you care about your job. Very disappointed. Called corporate. Waiting on an answer.
