AT&T - Katy, Texas TX 77494 - Katy Mills

This store is a scam fraud, by the time I signed the directv contract in June 2019 I was offered with a 200$ visa gift card and according to the instructions I received from the store at Katy mills it states that I was going to receive a letter to follow the instructions in order to claim the gift card after 4 weeks of activating the service. So far I have not received any letter and after several calls to customer care line, loyalty line and the rewards line I was told that I was not eligible to receive that gift card due to the 120 days period expired that I was not told and it was not my fault that I had never received the letter as the advertising instructions. I am very dissapointed and frustrated after wasting more than 6 hours waiting in the lines to claim and reclaim for something I was supposed to received as part of the offer and it ended up a fraud. I went to the store to talked to the manager and all he did was to enter a note in the system about my complaint and nothing else, you guys SUCK and LIE to people! What goes around comes around!
