Bootleg figures. Do not buy.
Although the staff is very friendly, all their anime figures are bootlegs. After I bought a few (around $250 worth) I realized that they are all Chinese knock offs! At first I thought they were just used figures, but after a look at the one I just bought; they are all obvious fakes. Do not buy from here.
