Ashley Homestore - Santa Ana, California 92705 - MainPlace Mall

I have purchased a Tempurpedic cloud supreme breeze from Ashley Homestore in Santa Ana, California, a distributor of Tempurpedic. I The sales person lied that they accept return. After one week, when my Sciatica back pain returned I requested a return. To my surprise they said no return. The sales person, Ali Harandi, the sales manager, Romeo Pena, and the store manager, Navid Bakhtiari all supported each other. I spent $5600 on this mattress and cannot use it. The store manager threatened that if I write bad review, he will not consider exchange and I must keep the mattress for at least 30 days. After 30 days, he said he will send the request for exchange to their headquarters. After months of run arounds and not returning my calls, I caught him smoking outside of the store. He said that the exchange has been denied. I have spent hours on the phone with their corporate office. I was on hold for 45 min to an hour. The line would drop or I would get transferred. They refuse to give email address or phone number of higher managers. Ashley Furniture store are corrupt from top to bottom. I read the reviews and there are so many one star, titling Liars, Worst Experience, etc. I wish I would have read them before my purchase. This company is corrupt from top to bottom.
