I called yesterday before I left home to make sure my nail tech, Aaron was available and they told me yes, when I got there, he said he couldn’t see me. They asked me to wait for Ryan, who was very rude and lied and told me his name was Kito. He told me he couldn’t do a natural curve and told me to just go to Aaron. I complained to the owner Kathy. She was very rude, wouldn’t speak to me, nor make eye contact with me. I will never go back!

My daughter and I have been going here for years. I have enjoyed my experience every time. The staff takes care of us promptly and always demonstrates professionalism. I would recommend Artistic Nails on 9th to any one looking for a salon with a great environment.

The salon was very busy at 2:30 in the afternoon, I waited for 30 minutes they put me in a pedicure I waited another 20 minutes, the name of me to a nail table, no fingernail polish remover was used, the gentleman very rough tugging on my fingers, after fill in, I rest move to the pedicure chair again, I had a decent pedicure but I paid for the deluxe and I timed the lady, and for $10 more she put mud on my legs , a lotion, and Hot Rocks and I timed her, 1 minute 40 seconds. Then the guy overcharged me $3, and lied, he said he shorten my nails , and he did. Not!!!! Very disappointed !!!
